By downloading, installing, or using JSON Lens ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not install or use the Application.

2. License & Intellectual Property

JSON Lens is developed and owned by Jinomial. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on personal and professional Android devices strictly in accordance with these Terms.

JSON Lens incorporates embedded third-party open source components, including the jq engine (licensed under MIT / CC-BY-3.0) and other open-source dependencies. Respective open-source copyright notices and licenses are accessible within the application under Help & About > Open Source Licenses.

3. Local Processing & User Content

JSON Lens processes data locally on your device. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any JSON payloads, schemas, documents, or data you input, transform, or export using the Application. Jinomial claims zero ownership or rights over your datasets.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JSON Lens in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party API terms of service when fetching remote data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JINOMIAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JINOMIAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION OR LOSS OF DATA.
